Dais PR ODDBODS ARE COMING TO LIFE : Unique RP2 and One Animation partnership will deliver an exciting range of Oddbods toys.

5 June 2015 - One Animation, Asia’s leading CG Animation Studio, and RP2 have announced a strategic partnership to bring the highly acclaimed kids series, Oddbods, to life through a range of toys.

Unlike other merchandise spin-offs, the plush toys and figurines directly mirror physical comedy storylines from the show with a firm focus on fun and making kids laugh.

Under the terms of the partnership RP2, which offers a fully inclusive, design, manufacture, content and marketing solution, has been appointed as the Oddbods Master Toy partner for Europe. This builds on its great success with companies such as Sega, Turner Broadcasting and the BBC.

RP2’s unrivalled expertise in providing combined content and marketing solutions means the Oddbods range will be launched in early 2016 with a truly integrated campaign. The products will be supported through every relevant media channel and promotional mechanism, and these tactics will be implemented alongside the actual broadcast of the show.

Simon Cox, managing director of RP2 commenting on the deal said; “This is an animation and licensing agreement like no other. With RP2’s unique collaborative relationship with One Animation, we have produced a range of toys so that kids can play out their favorite scenes from the series and of course create their own adventures.
